Discounts for my wedding readers
My clients are saying they have problems picking out pictures from their sessions because they like them all. But most people don’t want to put 35, or so, pictures on a wall. So recently I sat down and made sure all of my templates were made available in my photo cart.
It makes it very easy for my clients to pick one and then add on which photos they want to use, and then place the order, along with their other prints. Without having to email me back and forth! I love this process, and the past two days, I sold FIVE 10×20 collages. They do take about an hour to put together, but I don’t charge extra for it. In general, I avoid “extra fees” because it makes life more complicated, and I don’t think we need more of that.
Here’s two of the collages I’ve made so far,

June wedding
I second shoot with the amazingly talented local Beaufort wedding photographer, Scott Taylor. It’s such a privilidge to shoot with someone that has 20+ years of experience. If you book a large wedding with him, you get me as an extra bonus
Anyway, you want to see pictures, right? Here’s a few.

Hello beach goers! Welcome to the Outer Banks and the Crystal Coast. The water is already warm, and the surf is right. The weather is….well, a little finicky. It can rain, storm, be sunny, a clear – all on the same day!
I have had increased inquiries of beach sessions each week and I have noticed that many clients contact me the same week they are staying at the beach in their rentals. You know I would love to photograph your beach portraits! However, if it is possible, it would be best if you try to find your photographer a couple of weeks ahead. I try to allott TWO days during the week for your session, one that will act as a back-up, in case the weather doesn’t cooperate. Also, it’s easier to plan ahead and find you a good location for your particular needs, but also it’s to make sure I’m actually available that week. Thanks and I see you out there!
News news news
So I have a couple of new things to share. I have been helping out our excellent, local, wedding photographer Scott Taylor twice and we make a good team. As you may know, I do not actually take on Weddings myself. My life as a stay-at-home mom and doing my own events and portrait sessions keeps me on my feet anyway!
I’d like to share a few from the pass two wedding receptions I’ve helped out at.
Reception April 23rd

Reception April 30th

Wow! Did we luck out with the weather! It was cloudy but 75F…and the day before and the day after was much colder, so the Gods were certainly smiling upon us that day. What a fun session. This was my largest family session I’ve done but it was SO much fun! 5 families, 20 people total. Emerald Isle near the pier. The clouds were gorgeous too.
I have so many pictures to sort out and edit, but here is one of my favorite shots from the event.

Price changes of 2009 – prints cost less but you’ll still recieve first-class service and quality.
Winter is always slow for portrait sessions but I’m still lowering my prices for the remainer of 2009. Make no mistake though – custom portrait photography will always cost more than a 15 minute Wal-Mart or Sear session.
If you are interested in my new prices and great deals, please go to my website and click “contact me” to send off an email to me! Valentine’s Day is coming up, but regardless of holidays I still do Bridals, Engagements, Couples, Families, Children, Newborn, and Babies, but also editorial and and any portraiture that doesn’t require a studio – I thrive doing the lifestyle and more creative portraiture. Linda Zelnio Photography welcomes you with enthusiasm and creativity which makes your portraits more uniquely you!
I serve the Crystal Coast of Morehead City, Atlantic Beach, Indian Beach, Emerald Isle, Beaufort and Havelock but is willing to travel further.
Little 3 weeker baby D weren’t in the mood to be photographed, but for the short moments he let me take a few pictures, he sure turned on the charm. Look at that spikey hair!

Maternity and a toddler girl!
Two adorable ladies, and this little girl has some amazing eyes. Here’s a little preview for mom!
Pictures will look a bit soft due to resizing. Thanks for the session, and good luck with the new baby, and I can’t wait to meet her/him!
